Directions

Magnolia Village is located at 123 Towles Road in Batesville, Mississippi:
From South of Batesville, MS. take I-55 North.
From North of Batesville, MS. take I-55 South.
~ then follow the same direction as below:
1) Exit# 243-B Toward Batesville
2) Turn Right on Hwy. 6 go 1.8 miles
3) Turn Right on Eureka St. (Eureka St. is two lights west of MS 35) keep straight - go 0.4 miles
4) Eureka St. becomes Panola Ave. keep straight - go 1.1miles
5) Panola Ave. becomes Old Panola Rd. keep straight - go 2.7 miles
6) Turn Left on Wilson Rd. Go 1.2 miles
7) Turn Left on Towles Rd. Magnolia Village on the right. Welcome.
Arrive by daylight if this is your first visit. There are no street lights and cell phone reception is unreliable.
